Submit your entry

You may submit as many entries as you like, but you may only do so one at a time. By submitting an entry, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. To submit a valid entry, you must include the following information:

  • Your team/project's name – used to differentiate between multiple entries from the same organisation.
  • Your school/organisation's postcode, which then can be used to find your school/organisation's address.
  • Your school/organisation's name (if not included in the address).
  • The age group of your team.
  • The submitter's first name, last name, and email address – e.g. the responsible educator/adult.
  • The number of pupils in the team
  • A minimum of one file upload or one external file link, but you can upload as many files as required. Most file types are accepted with the exception of executable file types (such as .exe and .bat)
  • If you are trying to upload large files (over 250mb) or experiencing problems with submitting your files, we suggest uploading them externally using services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or Microsoft OneDrive and adding these links to the external links fields.
